CALL TO ORDER

MINUTES The minutes stand approved
TREASURER'S REPORT The Treasurer's Report was accepted as read. 
Max updated the meeting on the status of dues
COMMITTEE REPORTS -
Community Events

Easter Egg Hunt will April 4th.  There is no rain date. Bill Frank volunteered to chair the event. Ginny and Edna will stuff the 600 Easter Eggs, Ellen will provide instructions, Ginny will do a flyer, Tim will publish on website and Susan has the costume.

Yard Sale will be April 25.  Ellen will chair and the cost is $3 to members and $5 to non members.  

NEWSLETTER Deadline is February 23rd
Newsletter will be going out the end of the week. Tim will post on the website.
GTCC PJ Connelley will be the alternate.  It is 7 PM in the Cockeysville Library.
Todd told us he would abstain from votes on electric signs since it is a conflict of interest for him.
WEBSITE Website has been updated with officers names.
ZONING / CODE ENFORCEMENT

Galleria: Max reported that the Galleria is filing an appeal. No court date set yet.  Galleria will have to pay for the transcript and deliver same to court within 60 days.  Court  has waived the pre-trial conference.

 

1206 Oak Croft:  We won the case

 

Commercial vehicles No new news. Bob Cordes talked with inspector who is watching it

136 Greenridge: Discussed a commercial vehicle, Siemens van, being parked at this home.

Rooming house:  8 Ridgefield  Todd has been driving by.  There nay be 2-3 cars but no parties observed.

OLD BUSINESS
Charmuth Traffic Calming - P. J. Connolly reorted traffic calming is coming.  He has secured the needed signatures.  We expect installation in July with the plans to be published on the web site.

Vice President:  President Huff nominated PJ Connelly for vice president.  The board approved him for the position.

Valley Court: Trash: Todd will contact Ellen Reider, who lives in Monkton, about the trash..

The squatter on the Mangione property on Tenbury seems to have moved on.
NEW BUSINESS Neighborhood block party was discusased and endorsed.  Todd will take the lead in developing this project 


Someone complained trash men are dropping cans in the middle of the road.  Todd will call about this.
ADJOURNMENT The meeting adjourned at 8:40 p.m.
