BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING MINUTES

CALL TO ORDER

Todd Huff  Presiding  7:01 P.M..

MINUTES The minutes stand approved
TREASURER'S REPORT The Treasurer's Report was accepted as read. 
Todd Huff will be the second signatory on checks.
COMMITTEE REPORTS -
Community Events

Easter Egg Hunt will April 4th.  There is no rain date. We need a chair for this event, Edna and Ginny will stuff the 600 Easter Eggs, and Bill Franbk's daughter will be the Easter Bunny.

Yard Sale will be April 25.  Ellen will chair and Kate will help with distribution maps.  

NEWSLETTER Deadline is February 23rd
Newsletter will be addressed to current resident's name or Our Current Neighbor.
GTCC Todd will attend the GTCC meeitings.
WEBSITE Tim has emailed two letters and has received feedback.. 
ZONING / CODE ENFORCEMENT

Galleria: Max reported that the Galleria is filing an appeal.   Vote was unanimous to defend because they violated zoning laws  Larry Townsend received a call from Hill Properties requesting a meeting to discuss the appeal.  The board agreed that a meeting with Larry, Todd and Mike Tanzen was apporpriate.

 

 

1206 Oakcroft and Rule 8: After discussion the zoning petition for increased garage height was unanimously opposed. Todd Huff, Larry Townsend, Max Collins and Bob Cordes were vatesd to be Rule 8 official DVIA representatives to hearings.

136 Greenridge: Discussed a commercial vehicle, Siemens van, being parked at this home.

1204 Dulaney Valley: Code enforcement and MVA are monotoring.

Transient camping site in the woods at the north end of Tenbury was discussed.  Max will contact Lambergetti  to check on.

OLD BUSINESS
Charmuth Traffic Calming - P. J. Connolly, a resident of the 1300 block Charmuth, is working on the petition. Discussed signage, speed humps and islands and speed cameras.  We have to be persistent with this problem.

Vice President:  position remains open.

Dues letter was reviewed and Edna will update.

Valley Court: Bob Cordes suggested we acknowledge Mrs. Bienert's clen up efforts to keep a stretch along the Reeder property free of trash.The Reeder LLC should be contacted since this is their responsibility.

Ellen Birkenthal is the liason with Hampton.  School is awaiting completion of window replacement project.
NEW BUSINESS Neighborhood block party was discusased and endorsed.  mTodd will take the lead in developing this project
